The Mooney inks are very nice! Great Subby cameo in the bottom left-hand panel. Excellent pick-up Steve!

I have a page from this annual that takes place just a little bit before yours, and, it too has a sinking submarine panel. I am now tempted to take a screen shot of it and post it as "The Steve Kriozere 'Subby' Panel." Before I contemplate this action further, let me add that Rich Buckler's dynamic layout was enhanced greatly by Jim Mooney's classic-style finishes.
