Love this book and this page. Big congrats. My least favored thing, as a boy, in this book is the Kirby cover. Lol- still love everything else better but I can appreciate Kirby now.

thanks Kirk! And I agree with you, for one thing the cover depicts a scene from the end of book, which isn't what the guts of the story were about!

It definitely was not easy parting with this page, but I am glad and hope that you will honor this page the way that I did for over 10 years. This was definitely a great acquisition to your collection, and I wish you continued success in trying to find other pages from this issue. It will be a challenge as these pages from this Avengers era are becoming harder and harder to find.

Phil, I appreciate your comment, and rest assured this one is a keeper. This was the first comic I ever had with the Beast in it, so it sticks in my mind over many of the others because I had no idea who he was at the time, as I hadn't even heard of the X-Men at that point, so it was all "new" material for me. thanks again, and I hope you are doing well!.
