First Edition #13 Cover - Starslayer (Torin, Tamara & Sam) by Timothy Truman (1983)

I was thrilled to read the announcement of Timothy Truman as the new illustrator for Starslayer beginning with issue #14. I felt that the art suffered after Grell left and a hungry Tim Truman's style and talent was a breath of fresh air. He had been previously killing it with the Grimjack back up story.

Looks like this was slated to be used as the cover to issue #16.
(I like this better than the one they decided to publish)
