Description
Here is a collage piece by Pixar Production Designer, Ricky Nierva. Ricky designed the characters in Monster's Inc., was the production designer on Up as well as Monster's University. And he's a pretty sweet ukulele player.

Oh, I so dig this. Reminds me of those old Warner Brothers cartoons when they switched off the lights on the characters.
