DescriptionAmong his numerous credits, Mike DeCarlo was the inker on Batman between 1987 and 1990, and then Detective Comics in 1991, paired up with penciler Jim Aparo. They are one of my favorite Batman creative teams. DeCarlo is often on Facebook, where I've been fortunate enough to correspond with him, and in addition to being a talented artist is a genuinely nice guy. I'm glad I was finally able to meet him this year at the TerrifiCon show in Connecticut, where he drew this really nice sketch of Batman adversary Two-Face for me.Social/Sharing |
