The friendly UPS guy delivered this a few hours ago. By artist James Milton Wilcox, it's from Magic Carpet, April 1933, for Edmond Hamilton's, "Kaldar, World of Antares," the first in his Kaldar series. The first two appeared in Magic Carpet, while the third and final one appeared in Weird Tales. Wilcox signed most of his Weird Tales and Magic Carpet art by playing on his initials, J.M., and turning them into "Jayem".
