Billy Frazetta

Here is a page from one of Frank's sketchbooks featuring drawings of baby Billy Frazetta (born 7/16/59), and the other Frazetta children sleeping. Frazetta drew his skill set from the cartooning and fine art worlds, and blended them in interesting and creative ways.

One reason I bought this: apart from one placemat rendering of our second daughter as a newborn, I've never had the nerve to draw my own children. It's a delusion that most parents could relate to: they seem perfect as they are, and any attempt on my part to draw them would inevitably fall short.
