Ice Maiden wasn't much of character until she joined the JLI and became Ice, then she was one of the stars of the series! Well, her and Fire. I picked Ice because she's a character I like but wouldn't normally think to get a sketch of. When I asked Nate Lovett to draw her for me at Gem City Con 2018, I had no idea it would be my favorite art of Ice, ever! 2018 Club JLI

I loved that her powers are magical, as opposed to her fellow Norweigen Icemaiden who is a scientific creation and killerfrost who is a thermal Vampire....this is a very beautiful piece.
