Congrats on this one Kirk, one of the nicest of the Perez Avengers vol 3 covers! I was the second owner of this one when Profiles in History sold many of these covers for Mankuta back in 2002. Fyi- there was no logo overlay when I bought any of these Perez covers, they were probably made for one of the later owners.
