Description
A letter confirming Walkden Fisher as a permanent artist on the staff at Eagle. So not quite in time for Issue #1, but not long after.

I checked what £15 would be worth a week today,.. the online calculator said £499.21.. so that is an annual salary of about £25,000 in 2018, so he wasn't being made rich.
