This may have been my first (or second comic -a Teen Titian's may have eclipsed it) I literally 'picked up'as a child. I never owned either issue but saw them at someones home and loved what I saw. This issue is one of two seeds to my love for comics and my comic art collection. Thanks so much Kevin for selling this to me! I feel I really scored with an origin page from this issue. I thought Nighthawk looked so cool and became a Defenders fan shortly there after. (yeah I looked at the pictures more than read the books back then) 8 )

Magnificent art. Avengers 26 was my first comic book and it is hard to describe or underestimate the emotionall pull of a book that opened up new worlds for the 1st time. ENJOY
