After doing a little research, I have found the cartoon story this image came from. It was a HAWKMAN only story, not part of a Justice League story. The episode is "Twenty Third Century", one of just three featuring Hawkman. I believe it was first shown in 1967 as part of the Superman/Aquaman Hour of Adventure.

It appears the voice was provided by Vic Perrin

So what are the beams that are coming from Hawkman's talons? It doesn't seem like the comic book version ever had him using that power so I don't know know WHAT that will cause. Any guesses or recollection? My guess is just some energy blast but I sure don't know.

They might even be Thanagarian Repello Rays. So hard to tell during the action.

Is this from his solo 3 eps.? Or, JLA? Either way, I'm s pushover for Filmation DC.

Great question and I reallyl wish I knew the answer. I've previously done research on some Jonny Quest cels but need to do that for this Hawkman. If I ever figure it out, I'll be sure to post a reply.
