Description

The drawing is done on an 11x14 sheet of dry mounted bristol board. What you see here is the full sheet of paper. As you can see, the drawing is a little smaller.

It is a combination of H and HB pencils.

It must be matted with museum boards and conservation glass when framed to help prevent fading. It will be shipped flat and insured for the full amount of purchase.
You are buying directly from the artist. It can be custom framed for an additional charge, since I own a frame shop, so please ask about prices if interested.

While I am happy to ship outside the US, I will NOT ship this piece Internationally unless the buyer assumes all responsibilities for taxes to your country, insurance, and shipping costs!
Shipping FEDEX or UPS to some countries can be expensive and I cannot absorb any of it for you. Duties and taxes into your country are not my responsibility and are impossible for me to calculate.

Michael Calandra's artwork has been featured in many publications, such as Heavy Metal Magazine, International Illustrator, Visual Arts Illustrated, Airbrush Step by Step Magazine, Airbrush Technique Magazine, and Airbrush Art and Action.
His work has appeared in Heavy Metal Magazine as both a featured gallery artist (January 2007) and as a cover artist (September 2007, May 2009, Spring 2010, Spring 2011).
The Heavy Metal Calendars for 2008, 2010, 2011, and 2012 feature his art. In January 2008, Art Scene International featured Michael’s painting “Destroyer” both as cover art and as a work in progress tutorial along with an in depth interview.
His work also appears in Veronika Kotlajic’s “The Perfect Muse” and Bianca Beauchamp’s “Fetish Sex Symbol”.
