One more hilarious Sunday from Bud Grace :-)
Actually... you might think it is not Sunday once its format is now like portrait. But if you place them next to each others, getting then the Sunday in 2 lines ;-) I just didn't had long enough portfolio for storing them, so placed them as portrait, and it works! ;-)
The artist, Bud Grace made 30+ years career as cartoonist and just retired In February 2018. Before that he made Ph.D. in physics and worked as nuclear physicist.
I read his cartoons 15+ years ago, in Finnish, and liked a lot them. But years passed, and many other things "took bandwidth". However, now when having better time for hobbies. And once I am collecting original cartoon and comic book artwork, hell, why not getting few of them too ;-) So, now it looks I am having the biggest private collection of Bud Grace´s Ernie/Piranha Club originals. The rest has been archived in the Louvre (as the artist himself states... actually in the University of Ohio and some in in the cartoon bank in Lund). Anyway, here is few of my favorite what I picked among circa 1000 original ones, enjoy! ;-)
