DescriptionA beautifully colored cover caught my eye in the back-issue bin and I knew instantly that I had found my third cover for my creepy Insect Queen trilogy by Jann. He did a great job with it and Russ had a lot of fun , as you can see in the "Additional Images " section darkening it and adding to the overall menacing feel. After this it is back to our regularly scheduled artist Joe and finally the villain is revealed . As an added Bonus, an amazing oddity in Legion lore joins the battle Enjoy Aidan Social/Sharing |

Great lighting in this piece. The old wooden door is also a nice contrast to all stuff that happens in the future. Have to say, I'm also partial to the additional image with the Insect Queen in the leggy pose. I mean the one where she only has 2 legs. It's still OK to call her Lana, right ?? These days commoners that become royalty don't need a title.

She will always be Lana to her friends. We had great fun playing with the light/darkness contrasts in this piece

Great use of blacks and very scarey. I would have thought this was baed on a horror title.

And Lana gets even creepier. I like that you're posting these creepy commissions in October!

Spooky-as one who always preferred Lana over Lois, I love her seeing her in this scary form.

Wow, what a piece! I've never seen such an image with Insect Queen used for a horror cover. AWESOME!
