DescriptionOne of the most dramatic pages from a "first appearance" issue drawn by the King. After the capture and having been removed his human face, the robot has his name still visible: X-51.You can feel his human emotions such as despair and surprise for being captured as a dangerous machine after his "brothers" have been destroyed in the first pages of this issue. The King at pencils as usual but to the script too. You can also see the respectful inks by Mike Royer if looking at the drawing under a light. A powerful page and for me a great addition to the collection. Social/Sharing |
