That's a beautiful drawing of Wonder Woman. The facial features and the clean lines suggest Michael Turner or J. Scott Campbell, but the initials seem to be RMK. So I did some digging, and I came up with the Deviant Art artist Aremke (he goes by RMK): https://www.deviantart.com/aremke. Not sure if he's your man, but he might be.
