Avengers 186 page 15 by John Bryne and Dan Green (1979)

Finally- a Knights of Wundagore page. I loved this story line yet somehow have never come across the right page at the right time (actually I think I have only come across one page for sale in all of these years so...). It was tough not to bid on other pages this HA so I could keep my eye on this but I stayed strong and I got it. So happy it has zip-a-tone on it too. John Byrne and Dan Green Avengers #189 Story Page 10 Original Art (Marvel, 1979). John Byrne's artwork was a great match-up for the triumvirate of writers (Mark Gruenwald, Steven Grant, and David Michelinie) who contributed to this tale "Nights of Wundagore!" The story delved into the murky history of the mutant Avengers known as Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch. Bova, their first nanny, is seen on the page. Rendered in ink and Zipatone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". The lightly toned page has a bit of production tape residue in the margins and some bottom margin and corner trimming. In Very Good
