Great page! Actually, most of the artwork is by Don Harley with Frank Hampson in several panels. Bruce Cornwell was mostly used for hardware, not characters, and I don't really see his hand in any of the work here. The original art is from the story, 'Safari in Space' (circa 1959), which was later cut apart and re-formatted for an abridged 1974 Dan Dare Annual reprint edition.
