"Ms Cyan" by Joanne Nam

The second of the oil studies I picked up from Joanne Nam is the wonderful “Ms Cyan”. I had originally had my eye on a piece Joanne shared as a work in progress of a lady reading a book. After waiting a couple weeks for her to list it she did when I was busy and couldn’t check my phone so much to my disappointment I missed it. When I saw “Ms. Cyan” I decided to pick her up instead.

I always love Joanne’s pieces with outdoor scenes and this one is just perfect. Once again it’s another beautifully serene piece with one of Joanne’s lovely ladies just sitting outside amongst the foliage in the woods enjoying nature. To me it doesn’t get much better than that. Just being able to relax and take in the surroundings around you. As you would expect from a piece by Joanne she is cute and I love the wonderful color palette. The colors she chooses are always so calming and just bring a serenity to the viewer as you get lost in her world. Just another outstanding piece by Joanne that I am so happy I could add to my collection.
