This 2 cel setup on its key hand-painted background features Superman himself along with and The Flash from the episode "Speed Demons" which first aired September 13, 1997.

Hi Trent, this is from an episode of Superman the Animated Series called Speed Demons. It's a really fun episode where Flash and Superman are going to race around the world to see who is faster. The Weather Wizard has different plans for them though. It's worth watching if you get a chance. This is a great cel from the episode! Congrats!
