Description

The drawing is inscribed "To Brad Kelly from his friend, Billy DeBeck 1937." The presentation drawing in my collection by George McManus of the main characters from Bringing Up Father is similarly inscribed to Bradley Kelly, the Vice President and comics editor of King Features Syndicate.
