The call as gone out to Legion members living and dead, to fellow heroes like Hate-Face and the battle for Graymn is about to be joined. I had Trevor use both Dr Fate and the Phantom Stranger throughout this story-line because of their timelessness nature. On a fun note replacing Arsenal from the original cover I added Biron The Bowman aka the human form of Comet the Super-horse who appeared with the Legion during the Adventure Comics era.

Looks like you are correct about Dr. Fate since we see Nabu's helmet on someone in the forthcoming LSH book previews.
