Description

Big thanks to Jorge Osorio Mendez for selling me this one, been eyeing it for a long time. Geoff Johns and Gary Franks run on action comics is my absolute favorite of the modern Superman stories. In Brainiac, they completely changed the character with a horror element which influenced even the Krypton show. This story gave us an elseworld glimpse if there character was ever used with Chris Reeve and I loved it.

I am a HUGE fan of Gary Frank's Action Run ( especially of course, the Legion story-line ) This is a great example of his style

Wonderful page, Gary always does a great Supes' job, especially with writer Geoff Johns (like the great Action Comics 858-370 (and Ann.10 in 2007-2008), his Brainiac storyline is one of my favorites from this period !
