In this quasi-classic two-part story, Howard has escaped the clutches of Dr. Bong but has left his clothes behind, so he steals a Foxy Lady t-shirt.

Interestingly, Howard seems very embarrassed to be naked and eager to cover up, but when he does it is with a garment that only covers him above the waist.

Also interesting, this foreshadows his encounter with the SOOFI, which seeks to stamp out nudity and smut. Two characters from that story -- a giant soap monster and a Smiley Face Fascist leader (both determine to convert or kill "dirty minds") were especially well-conceived and the sort that might make terrific villains in some future filmic adaptation, if and when the guts are found to look beyond Howard's ill-executed 1986 movie to see the Duck's perennial potential.
