From a special co-production in 1998 of DC and the US Postal service, this was a 10 part series celebrating significant achievments in US history.

And in issue 2, who better to outline the introduction of the 1916 Keating-Owen Act (which outlawed child labour) under Woodrow Wilson than the original child sidekick Robin? (Who would probably have a good claim against Batman under those laws if he wanted to)
