Prime Perez Avengers indeed! This is a lovely and dazzling introspective character page. I love the city backdrops in panels 1 and 3. Great shots of all my favorite childhood Avengers. Big congrats Rob!

This page is a prime example of why so many of us became Avengers fans as kids! Perez and Marcos clicking on all cylindars, incredible detail, an awesome line up of characters, interaction between members that made them real, and extra details like other heroes appearing in photos on the walls of the mansion. This one has all of those checked off. Congrats!

Perez can even make "talking head" panels exciting and dynamic.

There it is! Amazing page, that was the prime period for Perez. Marcos's inks were absolutely perfect. Timeless.

Rich said it exactly right. Avengers run from mid to late 70s is what made us die hard fans for life. Spectacular page Rob!

Well, you knew that I would eventually leave a comment to this page as you told me about it before posting. Avengers 160 was an incredible issue that brought back an old Avengers villian in fascinating detail by the Perez/Marcos team. What I love even more is the back story behind how you added this page to your collection. Keep uncovering those hidden gems.
