Hi, easy to identify: it's penciled by "JAR" and inked by "R.I.P." ! "LOL" did the colors of the printed version then.
There was an Art Center student whose style was quite similar to this, but I don't have any reference materials to check at this point. She would have graduated between 2012 - 2014 I think). Sorry to not have an answer for you.
