Great grab. always loved this cover, Violator in his Clown form has always been my favorite.

Ah, another of my former pieces. Without even trying, I somehow managed to acquire this cover and three of the four splashes for the first issue (all at separate times and places). I kept waiting for that fourth splash to pop up, but it never did. And eventually, another collector bought the entire set from me as a birthday gift for her husband. I wonder if the three splashes are still together? Anyway, nice to see this one again. And you're right, Bart did some great work on this series.
