Alexander the Great on Bucephalus

My only piece so far by Matania in the collection, but I certainly would love to add more works by him. The man was absolutely brilliant as an illustrator and was the go-to artist for British magazines & European royalty when special events occurred.

I don't know what Alexander was used for ... I am assuming as an illustration for an issue of Britannia & Eve. If anyone knows the publication history of the drawing, please share.
