Description

This artwork belongs to Rebecca and was done by Marcus Cardenas-Rocco whose card describes him as "Cartoonist - Storyteller."

Rebecca couldn't remember buying it or who the subject was. So, a little research was done. Marcus had included his card with the OA so a quick internet search led to him.

Marcus was contacted and he said that:

She would have bought it at Comicpalooza in 2018.
The character is the Wicked Witch of the West. Marcus was doing a series on the Oz books.
Lots of his artwork can be seen on his Instagram page.
