Ikaris by Cully Hamner

A great sketch of Ikaris of the Eternals by one of my favorite artists, Cully Hamner (or is that an alternate version of He-Man missing his sword in his left hand?).

Pretty simple stance but I find he infused him with a sense of not to be messed with sense of nobility. His intense stare and pinched lips play well to that feeling.

Another commission I stole out of Kirk just for the love of the art(ist). But now that the movie has been announced (and that it surely won’t suck…At all), I’m sure it will be worth a few thousand dollars/ Marvel bronze age covers (in trade please).
