This cover depicts a violent clash of characters from the story "The Pool" which is set both in the Sahara Desert 12,000 years ago and in 1943 during WWII. Weird War most definitely.

Great cover! I was not a big war comics guy...except for Weird War Tales. Great bizarre sci-fi war stories, with very cool art. Congrats on the score!
