This was drawn inside of the actual published comic book, a special edition where there are blank pages.

I think I found it!! I was just searching "Adam Hughes" on e-bay for something TOTALLY unrelated and came across "Ballistics Comics 'Road Edition'". Is this it? Here's hoping as I just bought it! Thanx, AKA Rick!
