XCT - backcover Corky

And here's my next holy grail by Timo. The backcover of the hardcover edition of XCT with the main character Corky.

The writer Niki Kopp planned a 3-issue comic series, which was printed in 1997 in 2 issues.
Timo hit the nail with his art for this story! Check out the stunning published original covers of the two issues, I added.
Collected as a hardcover edition in 2016, I was flashed with the art, again.

A revolution took place in the middle of the 20th century: the youth fought for their own music. It has its own fashion and finally its own TV channel. And now it's getting its own city! X-City or XCT - is a mixture of Christiania and a Disneyland for Generation X, a counter-world to the bleak everyday life, in which music, soft drugs and love are a must. This complete project is pretty ridiculous to the girl Corky. She works in a bar in Seattle in the 1980s, a replica of XCT's centerpiece. And she is annoyed with her lover Wayne, who she one day catches manipulating the digital image of her naked body on a PC. But no sooner has she tells him, the events come think and fast: first a tanker explodes, then the city is occupied by paramilitary units. The motto of X-City, "Love & Peace", seems to be gone forever ...
