Chris Schweizer has a Patreon, and one of the reward levels for contributing will get you a watercolor sketch of the character of your choice. I've been having him draw supporting characters from the Legion of Super-Heroes. For this one, I asked Chris to draw the man behind the founding of the Legion of Super-Heroes, and their financial sponsor: Mr.�Rene Jacques Brande! R.J. Brande is a Durlan stuck in human form, and the father of Chameleon Boy. He is the richest man in the 30th Century, and unlike most rich people, he chooses to help others with his fortune. I sent Chris a few images of R.J. for reference, some in regular-looking clothes, but a few in more extravagant outfits,�and I'm so glad that Chris chose one of the fancy ones! Also, I might possibly be the only person on earth to have an R.J. Brande commission? And it is a great one! Chris's watercolors are always gorgeous, and R.J. looks like the honorable old coot he's supposed to be. Thanks again, Chris!
