Description

Solo (James Bourne), an expert marksman with limited teleportation abilities, first appeared in Web of Spider-Man #19 (October 1986). He was created by writer David Micheline and artist Marc Silvestri. (Interesting that the name bears a striking similarity to Jason Bourne, a character created by Robert Ludlum in 1980 ... but I digress).

After his first appearance, Solo appeared in issues of Amazing Spider-Man (issues 323, 324, 367 and several Annuals), plus Spider-Man and Marvel Comics Presents, until getting his own 4-issue mini-series in 1994. This is the cover to the 2nd issue in that series, and it has SPIDER-MAN !!!

So yeah, I love it and had to have it.

Solo has popped up many times since then in many titles (Deadpool, Wolverine, Dark Reign, Avengers Initiative etc), and he was given a second 5-issue limited series in 2016.

Come to think of it, the cover to #3 is pretty bad ass too. You'll just have to acquire that one as well, if you haven't already!

Another nice '90s add! And talk about character that comes to mind when you think "'90s" :) I like the perspective choice and, Spidey looks cool, but Solo is definitely the draw here - like how he's holding on to the ledge! Congrats!
