I saw this on HA going for less than it is worth so now another DC hero graces my collection. Here is what HA says-

Arthur Curry was added to the DC live-action movie universe in 2018. Segovia is known for his work on Action Comics, Superman, Wolverine: Origins, the Mighty Avengers, Silver Surfer, Ultimates vs. Ultimates Avengers, and more. Created in ink and wash on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 16.25". Signed in lower area with slight wear to top edge. In Excellent condition.
