So I have purchased two Bob Eggleton pieces before and ended up selling them at some point, as I certainly liked them but they didn't feel like my Eggleton grail amidst competing priorities. Thanks to Patrick Wilshire I finally have my Eggleton grail! Mountain Dragon is a huge 21"x28" (plus frame) and is now one of my favorite pieces.

This is one of Bob's most iconic pieces. It served as the cover for both Realms of Fantasy (February 1995) and the cover of the short story compendium Dragons! It won the Chesley for best cover illustration in 1995. It was in both Spectrum 1 and Spectrum 2 (in the Chesley winners section). It is page 17 in Bob's book Alien Horizons and is an interior artwork in Secret City: Strange Tales of London. It has been used on at least two puzzle sets, t-shirt, poster, and on drink coasters, and probably other stuff. It is published in The Art of the Dragon on pg 82.
