Description
This might be my best art experience of the year! I was lucky to get onto the Hero Initiative zoom call with Nick Bradshaw, who was one of the artists working along with Jason Aaron on ‘Wolverine and The X-Men’; my personal favorite run of any X-Men story. One of the standout characters was Broo the Brood, and he was my top choice for Nick to sketch. The hour long call was a blast, hearing stories, looking at some art and nerding our. Nick was incredibly kind. He talked about how some of his strongest influences growing up were Archie Comics and Monster mags, which I think was the perfect combination to prepare him for his run on the X-Men.

A great depiction of a fun character.  I miss the "Wolverine and the X-Men" comic.

Me too.  I know there are many great flavors of X-books, but that one hit me in all the right ways.

Broo was a big reason why I loved Wolverine and the X-Men too! Thanks for sharing this great art and story!
