Description

(DiC) Lady Lovely Locks was created by American Greetings (who also did Strawberry Shortcake and the Care Bears) and made into a toy line from Mattel, as well as an animated series from DiC in 1987.

This setup with its key hand-painted background features Lady herself, along with her three "Pikietails": Pixieshine, Pixiebeauty, and Pixiesparkle.
