Rockstar Daniel Warren Johnson comes through with an epic commission. I didn't know what I was getting from him as I gave him 4 choices. I would have been happy with anything he did but this is exactly the kind of piece I was hoping for. The art seems a lot bigger than it is. The actual art is 9" x 12" but the image feels like it is 18 x 24. I like the tonal work, a fitting tribute to the Otomo masterpiece with all the flare of DWJ style. A big thanks for Felix for making this such an easy process.

In additional images you will see the thumbnail design sketch that was taped to the back of the art. 2.25 x 3 inches.

I just wonder what would've happened if you had commissioned Manara to do Akira and DWJ to do the Dragon Lady ... :) Seriously, yet another perfect choice for an amazing result!

This is just stunning! I agree that it looks so much bigger than its actual size - hard to believe it's only 9x12. It would make for a great movie poster!
