DescriptionOh how I love the artwork of Ed Benes. Especially the way he draws Supergirl and Batgirl. He doesn't do too badly with Superman and Batman either. Everyone looks great in this image. Also love on this cover how you get the cityscapes for both Gotham (doused in shadow with lots of bats) and Metropolis (bright and hopeful) there in the background. And I really dig that amazing inking. Lots going on with this cover, so enjoy!Social/Sharing |

The girls are really well drawn, but I love the way he drew Batman the best, and the cluster of bats at the top left corner is really cool too. All in all, a really great looking cover!

Team Bats vs Team Supes - I can dig it! Nice composition here - these type of movie poster montage-y layouts/images are easier said than done and Ed does a keen job. Really like his Supergirl rendition here, and the background Bats are a really nice finishing touch. Congrats, Paul!

Fantastic cover, Paul. Both cities in the background with the moon and bats over Gotham, of course the girls, the heros, all perfect. Congrats, but please stay at Marvel. 😉

Ed Benes is a great artist and his work looks stunning when inked. Lots to enjoy here. Especially like his Batgirl. Just a fabulous pick up!
