Description

When new comic readers ask me what’s my favorite comic this is the book I recommend, this is my watchmen/dark knight returns. Absolutely love the story and R.M. Guera’s art is exquisite. I don’t why it took me so long, but over the quarantine I finally contacted R.M. to see if he had any remaining pages and after multiple emails found some absolute gems. I love how they are bookend examples of not only the subtle changes in Guera’s art style but the overall story.

I knew I had to have a page featuring Dash and Carol and was lucky that he still had a Carol page as most of those had been cherry picked. This page features one of the key interactions of their relationship, you can really feel the tension.
