Hellions #4 (2020) Variant Cover - Carlos Gómez

My second original cover art by Carlos Gomez. This piece originally started out as a commission Carlos made for someone. At the time, Hellions #4 had a solicited variant cover by Chris Bachalo whose cover was also a commission piece, but it was a Lady Death commission. It didn't really look much like Madelyne Pryor which probably led to Marvel wanting to change the cover. Carlos suggested his commission piece and they agreed to it. He originally did it digitally, as he does for his work and commissions, and created a new, official cover with added detail such as the skulls and background smoke.

Lucky enough to quickly acquire this cover days later when the change was made. So right now there exists two versions; a commission piece and my official cover art.
