Here's a painting I acquired from a fellow collector about two years ago. By artist Lawrence Sterne Stevens, it's the cover for the June 1944 issue of Famous Fantastic Mysteries, illustrating "The Greatest Adventure" by John Taine. Sadly, once again the friendly giant dinosaur appears to be misunderstood...
