Description

I am a massive fan of the Beatles and I liked The Fifth Beatle graphic novel that came out in 2013 and featured gorgeous painted art by Andrew Robinson. This page captures the moment when John Lennon proclaimed in the US teen magazine Datebook that the Beatles were bigger than Jesus Christ. The smaller inset panel features a defiant John refusing to apologize for his comments. John Lennon, gone forty years, but never forgotten.
