I have been looking through Neal's portfolios at cons for years and always wanted a full Batman drawing by him. But I was always on the fence on pulling the trigger, because he tends to draw the same poses. One night, I was watching his auction livestream during the 2020 pandemic and this piece showed up. It was so different from what I was used to see from him that I had to get it. I mean, the throwing stars motion is so dynamic complete with a classic Neal Adams vibe to it. My Neal Adams collection is now complete.

This thing is a beaut! Love that it has those raw pencil lines meaning he had to work out the composition before adding all those intense inks!
