Here we see a great page of vigilante killer Cardiac in every panel. What's more, he is flying in his super cool high-tech hang-glider, escaping capture after Spider-Man interrupts Cardiac from making a hit on a deserving victim. Another cool bonus is the images of Cardiac not only in costume, but also out of costume in the last two panels as he returns to the hospital where he works as a surgeon.
