You picked a good one for yoru first! Toppi was such a master of design. I like how he enclosed that negative space in the middle of the piece with that one simple line...changes everything about the piece. As far as what this is from, Toppi did many portfolios. On many of the Toppi pieces I have owned and seen there is text on the back or at the bottom which is helpful in identifying where it came from. Also, there is an Italian gallery that represents his estate that have been very helpful in the past.

Thank you so much, Jeff! That means a lot coming from someone with such an amazing collection. I appreciate the advice and will look into fiding the Italian Gallery that represents his estate. The only other marking on the piece are the number 57 with a slashed through T and what looks like either the number 14 or 16 on the back corner.
